Summary: The house and property is amazing. The house is beautiful and very roomie, and the wood burning fireplace/stove was the perfect thing when the nights were chilly. We wish we could have used the dock/pond and outdoor patio but it was too chilly. The deck is beautiful and there is an additional deck off the upstairs master. The kitchen and family room with large dining table was perfect for our group. The little town of Callicoon is very cute and great places for food and drink only less then a 5 minute drive away. We were in town for a concert at Bethel Woods and it’s not a far drive there and you are going in the opposite direction of the traffic to and from there which is a plus! We especially loved that our friends could bring their dog and loved to see dog food/water bowls waiting for us. We loved everything about our stay and would happily book this place again.
